Rose Quartz is a crystal that I cherish deeply and that is why I want to share with you why! This crystal is associated with the heart chakra and is known for extremely valuable properties such as unconditional love, infinite peace, and allowing one to view beauty of all forms. It also increases compassion and forgiveness allowing one to let go of emotionally draining memories or people.


This crystal I highly recommend everyone having around them. It holds so much peaceful energy while radiating tremendous amounts of love - for oneself and others. I personally believe wearing Rose Quartz near your heart is most beneficial as it is associated with the heart chakra.

Last summer I did not find myself without having this crystal near my heart. After being drained by abusive relationships leaving me to not only feel tremendous anger and sadness, but also emptiness within myself as well as a lack of confidence within myself, I chose to keep this crystal close to me.

It has been told that ancient Egyptians such as Cleopatra would bathe in chunks of rose quartz to fully obtain it's healing powers as well as properties of self-love, as it is known to produce feelings of unconditional love towards oneself.

I recommend this crystal to anyone who is in the process of healing and letting go, as well as feeling insecure about themselves.



♢ find an area in which is comfortable and you will not be disturbed

♢ light any type of incense or candle that you know will make you calm (I use lavender), and have a piece of Rose Quartz or be wearing some form of Rose Quartz. If you have a piece of Rose Quartz, I recommend holding it during your meditation so the heart chakra feels the vibrations of the crystal.

♢ call in whoever you believe in to guide you and protect you (I call in my Spirit Guides & Guardian Angels)

♢ Read out loud the following before entering your meditative state:

♢ close your eyes and reach a meditative state: focus on your breathing. With each inhale allow your relaxation to become deeper and deeper, with each exhale, release all anger/tension/negative emotion you feel.

♢ think of all the reasons you love yourself/what you love about yourself, physical or internal (ex. I love my humor, I love my bodies capacity to work out, I love my legs, I love the non-judgmental mind I obtain)

♢ get a pencil or pen and write down as many things you want that you love about yourself

♢ read all of the things you wrote out loud during your meditative state. when reading these things out loud during this calm and undisturbed time with yourself, you will create a more powerful imprint on your consciousness (this is why it is very important to make sure you are extremely calm during this process)
